In a small, quiet mountain hamlet at 1200 m altitude, the gîte is a rustic mountain house with two large bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, and a bathroom.

The gîte is completely independent and adjoins the owner’s house. You have access to the whole apartment and to :
- A 40 m² living room with kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, television
- Two 20 m² bedrooms with a total of 6 beds
- A bathroom

We are ski, mountain bike and paragliding instructors and mountain guides. We know everything about our valley, whether seen from the sky or from the trails, on the ski slopes or off-piste… the lakes, the torrents, the peaks, and we’ll help you discover it.
Access to the gîte
Ideally located, in the small hamlet of Montvenix, 10 minutes from Bourg Saint Maurice and 15 minutes from Les Arcs, at an altitude of 1,200 meters.
By car
To get to Montvenix you’ll need a car, as there’s no public transport.
In winter, you’ll need a car with snow tires and chains.
You can come to the house to unload your car, and then park it in the parking lot at the top of the village.
By train
The intermediate funicular station (Les Granges) is less than 10 minutes from the house, and the funicular links Bourg Saint Maurice to Arc 1600.
We can arrange for a shuttle bus to pick you up at the station. Please call us to arrange this when you make your reservation.
Skiing
Take the funicular to Les Granges intermediate station, less than 10 minutes from the house. We’re also very close to the ski resorts of La Rosière, La Plagne, St Foy and Tignes.
When there’s enough snow, you can ski back down from Les Arcs to the Gite (off-piste: class 4 minimum).
Near the gîte
There are no shops in the village, so you’ll need to do your shopping before you arrive. I’d advise you to do your shopping in Bourg Saint Maurice, as prices are a bit high in the resort.

What are the cancellation conditions?
In the event of cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the start of the stay will be reimbursed in full. After this date, an amount corresponding to one night’s stay will be retained.
